Ingredients
- jumbo-sized marshmallows
- Tim-Tams
Instructions
- Using a knife, carefully make a hole through the centre of each marshmallow from top to bottom.
- Gently push the marshmallows onto the Tim-Tam, threading the biscuit through the holes until it is covered as much as possible.
- Toast the marshmallows in the air fyer at 180°C for approximately 2 minutes, until they are soft, puffed, and lightly golden.
Notes
- I couldn’t find Jumbo marshmallows, so I just used the largest ones that I could find. Ideally, they needed to be bigger to easily cover the biscuit.
- I learnt that the result is quite gooey, so it is best to place it on a piece of baking paper before cooking. The melted marshmallow becomes very sticky, making it much easier to remove and serve.
- Air fryer cooking times may vary, so keep an eye on the marshmallows and cook them to your preferred level of toasting.
